MINI STUDY: HAGGAI (part 3 of 3)
Is holiness contagious? Can we ‘catch it’ through contact with holy things? Such questions may seem odd to us as believers today. Yet these are the types of questions the LORD directs the prophet Haggai to ask - to expose a specific sin infecting the community of God’s people in his day, who were placing their confidence in rebuilding the temple, and association with holy things, to be clean and acceptable in God’s sight.

KEEP GOING. That is the message of the prophet Haggai to a people who had become disheartened in their labour for the LORD and doubtful of His presence with them. And the word of the LORD to them has much to say to encourage any of us who also have become discouraged in the work of God’s Kingdom and are tempted to just give up.

We are so thankful for all who pray for the work of Precept Ireland and support us financially. As we look ahead we continue to do so with confidence in our faithful God to supply more than we need for the work He has called us to do (2 Corinthians 9:8), and that He hears and answers all prayers according to His will (1 John 5:14-15).
